This Serbian based consulting company is fully committed to development of the HR profession in Serbia and the Region (Republic of Srpska and Montenegro). With the Faculty of Media and Communication (FMK) Belgrade, Protocol had established a Center for Human Resource Studies (CHRS) committed to developing Higher Education (Currently a Master in Human Resources Management in Belgrade) and content (Research, Open enrolment Programs, Publications) for HR professionals. CHRS offers the opportunity to work directly with experienced HR professionals accredited at globally acclaimed HRM institutions, such as CIPD (Chartered Institute for Professional Development) and HRCI (Human Resources Certification Institute) and participate in, influence, and be the first to learn about new research results and applications in the field of HR.
DEVELOR (Serbia)
The commercial aspect of PROTOCOL’s operations is related to representation of DEVELOR Consulting services in Serbia. PROTOCOL utilizes DEVELOR’s “Know-How”, close collaboration with DEVELOR’s experienced Hungarian, Slovenian and Croatian Trainers and PROTOCOL’s domestic training force to achieve outstanding results in the area of people development in the Region.
All of our domestic trainers are „second generation” in accordance to DEVELOR standards and possess relevant experience in their field of expertise. As one of the most important guarantees of training and trainer quality is a carefully developed quality assurance system. Our trainers are regularly certificated by DEVELOR Consulting Inc.
All DEVELOR training are delivered in Serbian, although 15 languages of the Develor network are also available.

Marijan Subotić

Mr. Subotic is a co-founder, and Director of the Center for Human Resource Studies (CHRS) at the Faculty of Media and Communications (FMK) in Belgrade. Upon his studies at Medical School’s in Belgrade and Zagreb, Mr. Subotic has pursued an agency career in Public Relations and Marketing, specializing in Media Negotiations, Media Planning, Experiential and Affinity Marketing.
In 2007 Mr. Subotic had been awarded an Executive MBA scholarship at COTRUGLI Business School (CBS), and joined CBS staff as Director of Special Projects. During his career in Education Management at COTRUGLI, Mr. Subotic had been involved in new business development, creation of strategic partnerships, media negotiations and operational set-up of the School in Serbia.
Mr. Subotic had served as a Board Member of qLife Magazine, a leading Regional publication in the area of Organizational Learning, which conveys the Science and Art of Leadership to the broader public, through collaboration with the, SOL (Society for Organizational Learning), World Business Academy (WBA) and COTRUGLI Business School.
In 2009, Mr. Subotic had been appointed as an Associate Consultant at BAC & Asociados a leading international company in the field of Strategic Consulting.
Vukosava Crnjanski Šabović

Mrs. Crnjanski Šabović is a co-founder, of the Center for Human Resource Studies (CHRS) at the Faculty of Media and Communications (FMK) in Belgrade. Upon her studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade, Mrs. Crnjanski Šabović has pursued a Mater in Human Resources at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade and an Executive MBA degree at COTRUGLI Business School in Belgrade.
From 2001, Mrs. Crnjanski Šabović is the President of the Managing Board at LiNet, an NGO engaged in Education and Training in the public sector. From 2004 Mrs. Crnjanski Šabović has been developing a professional training career at NDI (National Democratic Institute) and had also joined ISC (Institute for Sustainable Communities) in the same capacity from 2006, working to support and strengthen democratic institutions on an international level. In 2006 Mrs. Crnjanski Šabović had been appointed a Member of the Managing Board of the Youth Initiative of Human Rights and has been actively involved in development, capacity building and strategic planning of the organization.

During his attendance of Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade Mr. Živković had actively managed and coordinated projects and campaigns aimed at supporting and strengthening democratic institutions and development of Public Services in Serbia. From 2009 Mr. Živković has joined the DEVELOR team in Serbia promoting and developing commercial operations for the company.
