Teambuilding training for managers
The members of the target group may know each other well. They may be experts who know the ins and outs of their specific field. However, they do acknowledge that they are not able to reconcile their work in all circumstances, which is crucial when establishing new business contacts with a new partner. Most of them desire change – for example, to overcome small group interests for the sake of corporate goals, to increase inter-group communication, and to enhance their efficiency. Yet, they are not able to achieve this as individuals, as this requires the involvement of the entire team, as well as the top management.
The program we have compiled encourages the establishment of a devoted team spirit and develops the co-operation skills of the participants. As a result of this training course, the overall performance of the team increases, and co-operation processes are developed by harmonizing the participants’ individual ideas, skills, and values. A work ethic based on consciousness and success comes to life.
By the end of the program participants will:
- Be introduced to different group forms and functions
- Be familiar with the comfort zone theory, and be aware of their own and the group’s comfort zone
- Know one another better and more deeply, contributing to more efficient co-operation
- Be more open to challenges, as their self-esteem and their trust in one another improve
- Know how to influence group dynamics advantageously during planning, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Be familiar with role types, spheres of responsibility, and the efficiency of work processes
- Be introduced to the characteristics of successful team work and the importance of helping one another, and being aware of these factors, be able to function more effectively as a member of the team
- Understand that certain relevant projects cannot be solved individually but only through teamwork
- Be able to recognize and practice the rules of information flow within the group
