INSIGHTS Discovery System® color energies 

Insights has developed an easy to understand system of colors applying C. G. Jung’s theory of personality.

INSIGHTS Discovery System depicts the personality traits identified by Jung using four colors – so it can be easily understood and remembered – and their combinations according to their proportion in the individual. We all possess these four basic personality traits, symbolized by colors, but we all use them differently in different situations. Everybody has the traits the different colors represent, only in different proportions. The personal profile (INSIGHTS Discovery System Personal Profile) produced by participants completing the INSIGHTS evaluator tells us to what extent various color energies characterize us.

The INSIGHTS Wheel depicts all the needs, personality traits, behavioral patterns and individual attitudes. Everybody can be described by the combination of these four colors, which characterize a person, and by knowing these we can understand our needs, behavior and relationship to others better.
