At Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, merger of the two former companies resulted a gradual integration of two strong corporate cultures comprising implemented processes and traditions. There are more than 8,400 people whose everyday behaviour determine the actual appearance of the company, that proves to be essential to deal with the trasformation of corporate culture also. O2 selected DEVELOR for this mission. They had set up four priorities: welcoming of changes, personal responsibility, resolving of problems through cooperation anf focus on customers. The programme is carried out in the form of workshops. Each participant specifies his/her specific output in the form of a personal covenant related to specific alteration. All the employees and the management as well are in the programme.
