In my work I have a guiding principle that have never misleaded me until now - every action and every initiative is part of a bigger picture and contributes to a bigger goal. Occasionaly I say to myself "Step back and see the forest behind the trees in front of you". Then things come to their righ places. |
I believe that the most important thing in our lives is that we find a common language with one another in both our private lives and in our work relationships. A common language in the literal sense, as well as on an emotional level. It is the fostering of this that I strive for, and I truly believe that by doing so, I am serving an important cause. |

I have been working as a trainer for eighteen years now and still have not grown tired of it. When I was a child, there was a lot that I wanted to be. There was a time when I wanted to be a surgeon, a time when I wanted to be a historian, a time when I wanted to be an astronomer - even an astronaut. But it never occurred to me that I would be the C.E.O. of a training firm. Today, I have no regrets whatsoever that it worked out this way. Here at Develor! |
