Having an internationally operating large company is a great success and responsibility. In Europe, it also comes with the added benefit of language and cultural complexity. Once in a while, even this large organization needs its people to come together and get aligned and trained. International training in multiple languages is not something that is easy to find.
This was the case in the last request by a European organization. We are proud to be able to say “Yes!” to these challenges. As a regional provider of training and consulting services, we span across 16 countries with our affiliates, thus also covering an incredible number of delivery languages.
Global becomes local
In the case that is on the picture, we put our trainers in one place – Frankfurt, Germany – to simultaneously deliver training for over 100 sales and management participant. Besides required logistical and organizational efforts, imagine the needed alignment in the content and delivery method. Once people step out of the rooms into the break, they start to mingle across. The goal is to create the same effect, transfer same knowledge and attitude that once people form an Italian and French group meet, they have the same ground for discussion!
In other cases, we use our international network to bring global requests into local realities. We’ve had multiple projects in which global strategic direction was set and local realities needed to be taken into the final program delivery. Here the fact, that we continuously share our knowledge, align and use the same methods, comes in handy.
