360° LEADERSHIP FEEDBACK is a comprehensive evaluation and development tool, where the evaluated managers receive complex and structured feedback on their competences from their immediate working environment – from their direct superior, subordinates, peers and other colleagues. The aim of the feedback is personal and professional development.

“We started to cooperate with the Develor company in April 2010, when we selected it from among several companies, which we addressed with the aim to increase the service level of our contact centre operators.
