Our Emotional Intelligence training is about this invisible power without which even the brightest minds are doomed to failure. Only those can be successful in human communities who are able to understand others, their situation and motivations, and are able to relate, communicate, or even lead based on this knowledge.
NOWADAYS ONE NEEDS MORE THAN EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE of a field for results at the workplace. The ability of turning knowledge into performance in a community is a determining factor. Personality cannot be torn into two parts. Intellect and emotions display a very tight relationship, and none of them is dispensable for success at a workplace. However, in many cases we think we are making rational decisions, after all this is what we have learned at school. In most cases, behind our decisions there are emotions almost every time, even behind decisions that seem to be rational at first glimpse.
AFTER A SHORT THEORETICAL STUDY at the training we will examine the relation of emotions and performance, and based on appropriate self knowledge, we will establish the bases for self confidence and proper ways of relationships with colleagues. We will learn ways to effectively handle our own emotions, get acquainted with levels of empathy, and how to influence the emotions and performance of our colleagues.
By the end of the program participants will be able to recognize and handle their own and other people’s emotions, increase their influence and communication efficiency and nurture both their private and work relationships.

"...In the fall of 2009 the people turnover reached 25% within a half a year, also several key people had left the company, this has caused significant problems for us. This situation had almost affected the operability of the company. At this point we made a decision to start a Talent management and Key Employee Retention program. The project started out with workshops and consulting work involving the full management... I considered the measurability and return of the program to be very important. We set concrete objectives at the very beginning and we measured the extent of their achievement. We expected Develor to make significant changes in the KPI's we set. "We have been working with the Develor company since 2010. The aim of establishing mutual co-operation was to give significant support to Confal’s operational responsiveness, by, among other things, changing the system of employee performance motivation. As part of the project’s realization Develor trainers and consultants primarily focused on redesigning the reward system, changes in organizational structure, which also took in altering competences and job responsibilities, and proposed new standards in project management. With regard to the implementation of these changes, it was necessary to illustratively gauge what effect the project has on the running of the firm, particularly in the area of teamwork. Develor consultants proposed Team sociomapping, which uses an attractive map, as an effective gauge for individuals from team management to interpret, with the help of consultants, the team’s unity, frequency and quality of communication and existing mutual interaction. A deeper analysis of the map allowed for the subsequent evaluation of the effect of the realized changes during the duration of the project and, moreover, to identify areas for necessary further changes and improvement. All participants accepted the results and the team sociomapping itself positively and openly. Many things which until then we had not been able to define nor initiate mutual exchanges of opinions upon, we could constructively discuss thanks to our team’s illustrative maps.
