The program for development and cohesion of the management team is based on a model of 5 team dysfunctions, created by Patrick Lencioni. The quality of team cooperation is influenced by different factors such as level of motivation of individual team members, amount of trust among colleagues, clearly defined goals, common key message, lack of resources, insufficient communication among team members, etc. In most cases faulty team operation seriously endangers team effectiveness regardless of how the company processes or tools are designed.
THE TRAINING IS DESIGNED to strengthen the team spirit and improve the team cooperation so that the team members can fully concentrate on achieving common goals of the company and actively support each other in this effort.
IN THE PREPARATION PHASE we define the expectations in cooperation with the CEO, conduct the diagnostics of the current situation and gain the motivation of the management team members for the program.
TRAINING OUTPUTS: during the training the team defines their rules how to solve interpersonal conflicts (Conflict resolution protocol), that will help to set the expected behavior in conflict situations. Integral part of the training is an activity called “Hot chair”, where every manager receives feedback on how their mutual cooperation works from each team member. The outcomes are then processed in written and serve as a basis for further work with the team.
IN THE SUPPORT PHASE we check and review the understanding and accepting the concept, we focus on revision of action plan with CEO, cross-department mediation and implementation diagnostics.
By the end of the program participants will be able to find unique solution for their own team how to improve quality of team cooperation and how the individuals can contribute in the process.

"Based on positive experience with DEVELOR Hungary and the discussions with the general manager and HR manager at the COLAS group in Slovakia we had decided to start the cooperation in training and development at our employees in 2013. During our 2 year cooperation we have implemented two key projects - series of workshops “Safety Attitude“ for our site managers and the talent development program ‘Leadership Academy.“ On top of these programs we also implemented the presentation skills development program for the management team.
We perceive our cooperation with DEVELOR positively and we can recommend their service and approach to other companies In Slovakia. We consider DEVELOR‘s biggest benefit their ability to transform out requirements into quality training program and at the same time focus the attention and accent on the priorities at the company and its business goals."Kvetosiava Sarvašová, HR manager - Colas ISK
“Safety is of high importance to our managers, but it is worth nothing if the necessary contact and attention to - ward each other is missing. This is why I liked how the trainers of DEVELOR pointed out the role of different factors in the occurrence of a tragic event, and how it could have been avoided through be - ing in contact with the players and through maintaining steady attention. The real-life exercise was great too. (…) The training was very useful and I certainly recommend it to others as well! ”Róbert Bóna, Mine Director - Visonta Mining
“We have been cooperating with Develor in various areas of development over an extended period of time, be it the standard regular trainings for new hires , tailor-made development program for supervisors and trainers of our customer service center or the Insights program series adjusted to meet the specific needs of our wholesale account managers. I appreciate flexibility of the whole team when delivering consulting and training services but mainly the trainer’s experience from the real business world. The company is not afraid of entering new areas of development and is well adaptable towards conditions at the customer’s company. And last but not least… it is clear the training preparation is not just work but also fun for the trainers.”Barbora Krišková, Senior training and Development specialist - Slovak Telekom
"On the basis of our now two-year long relationship with Develor, I would describe the company using the following two attributes: professionalism and partnership. Professionalism: well-prepared and credible trainers offering excellent support in arranging various events. Partnership: Joint cooperation in specifying the necessary steps to be taken."Barnabás Kovács, Regional Head of Sales - Wrigley
“In the preparatory phase preceding the training program, colleagues of DEVELOR got acquainted with the operational circumstances and specifics of our organization at various locations. As a result, the training programs later on carried a real added value for the participants because the preparation, empathy and the applied methodology made the trainers authentic.”Tibor Donka, HSE Manager - ELMŰ-ÉMÁSZ
"At the Hungarian Siemens group a Talent Program has been introduced with the utmost support from the top management. We have selected Develor Consulting for the implementation of the first phase of the Talent program as a result of an open tendering process. The first phase of the Talent program was complemented with a Development Center (DC) so that we would have further information - other than the result of the performance appraisal results - for the compilation of the individual developmental plans for our talents. The challenge for us and for Develor Consulting was not only to deliver a high quality DC, but it was also to define tasks that would measure their talents according to the global Siemens competence system, DC observers would be able to objectively evaluate the talents’ competences based on the noted behavior and the same criteria and to have as much information as possible by the end of DC that can be utilized for the individual plans. The course designer group and consultants of Develor Consulting Ltd. provided an excellent system in assessing our talents. Both in the preparatory phase of tasks and in making Siemens competences measurable, and during the DC itself and in giving feedbacks they have been customer oriented, flexible and professional in carrying out their tasks. They implemented a high quality diagnostics methodology, which provided a result that exceeded our expectations."Gabriella Juhász , Head of HR Functional Center Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition - SIEMENS
