    Therefore, it is highly important to understand when it is useful to have structural work meetings and how to manage them properly.

    There are a few questions to be answered properly to ensure effective meetings, e.g.: Meeting or workshop? What is the difference? What is the objective of our meeting? How long should it last? How often should we have them? Who should be invited? How should we handle the challenging participants? How can we find out what the root of a problem is? How can we involve colleagues more in finding and working out a solution?

    Effective meetings

    The course analyzes the circumstances that make meetings the right place for relevant information and decisions, exploring all relevant questions in detail. It also provides practical answers to these questions that can easily be integrated, offering tools that can effectively be used for organizing both meetings and workshops.

    During the programme participants will get to know the structure of effective meetings, the most modern methods for examining problems and decision making and will receive practical tools for handling difficult participants.
