On February 4th Develor held their regular international webinar RE/Think HR. This time the topic of the meeting was “Tackle Collaboration, (Re)build Team Spirit and Cohesion in Current Turbulent Times”.
Over 60 participants from accross 11 countries had a chance to listen to the guest speakers sharing their cases, discuss current challenges and solutions in small groups and find out about Develor’s experience in introducing new learning formats.
What Have We Learnt?
Our three guest speakers were sharing their best practices and experience with Collaboration & Teamwork Challenges in Hybrid Teams.
Radomír Antoš (VP of Engineering at Wandera), described how his company improved teams’ cohesion through team sociomapping and targeted leaders development.
Matúš Horváth (Head of People Operations at Slido), shared three successful and three unsuccessful methods that Slido used to promote collaboration, team-spirit and cohesion in the past months.
Zsolt Pozvai (Global CEO of DEVELOR), prompted the present leaders to dive deep into the root causes of missing collaboration, instead of only treating the symptoms. He continued by introducing the DEVELOR Collaboration Lense framework, aimed at helping one guide through team improvement efforts from the right angle. Find more about it here.
