We believe that diversity, acceptance and respect are fundamental values that we must represent.
We also attach great importance to actively advocating for the interests of any minority or discriminated community.
Through our training and organizational development projects, we come into contact with many hundreds of companies and tens of thousands of people every year, thus gaining insight into the operation of companies, experiencing many positive examples and many anomalies. DEVELOR is proud to improve the situation of women and to support the creation of a level playing field by all means available to us.
Not only do we set an example to our own colleagues, customers and partners and represent the cause of equal treatment, but we also do it with a number of activities.
For this reason, on March 8 this year, we held several lectures with success – primarily for ladies – on what can be successful ways to cope for success and a successful career.
We also joined the supporters of the Women in Business (WIB) Hungary conference, and we will also participate in the conference as a speaker on April 28, 2021.
There are plans to launch an international research entitled Women in Business with the aim of gaining a better understanding of the difficulties and challenges women face in the workplace.
