There are some megatrends – like the digital world, social networks and artificial intelligence – which generate exponential changes in all areas in life. I truly believe that within 20 years a significant part of the current jobs will disappear and new jobs will rise which are totally unknown currently. Today 90% or more of total cost is for the training itself, the rest is for some preparation or follow-up. This logic shows that neither the companies nor most of the training providers understand what makes the behaviour change. Save on training and spend more money on follow-up.
