INNOVATION & IMPACT without compromises – this was the focal point of the 12th International DEVELOR Congress (DIRECT) held in the beautiful ski-resort, Donovaly.
Around 50 Develorians, the managers and representatives of 16 DEVELOR countries and some special guests made the event remarkable. „We make the world a better place” – cited Zsolt Pozvai, Global CEO the network’s mission in his keynote speech, remembering the colleagues on our long-term responsibility besides focusing on short run business goals. DEVELOR’s strategy has been consequent since 2014 with having BEHAVIOR & MINDSET CHANGE in the core. The main goal of the three international gatherings in each year (January, March and August) we have is to strengthen this with sharing best practices, developing skills and innovation.
In DIRECT2017 the main topics were the DEVELOR Change Management 361° Toolset, the renewed MasterShiftManager (MSM) program and the new innovations in training and in diagnostics portfolio. The workshops about client case studies, training best practices, consulting methods and future trends make the DEVELOR experts more capable to deliver our promise: DEVELOR makes LEARNING MEMORABLE, behavior&attitude CHANGE MANAGEABLE and our projects’ RESULTS MEASURABLE.
After a record 2016, 2017 will be even better year based on first half results and forecasts in the 16 countries of the DEVELOR Network, which is a great proof that clients resonate very well with our services and the personal and organizational change we deliver.
