In 2007, Marianna opened the Ukrainian office of the international consulting and training company DEVELOR and led it through numerous challenges and crises, making it one of the most successful companies in Ukraine. She has a master's degree in International Marketing and has completed additional training at several foreign universities in the UK and France. He has practical experience in sales, marketing and PR, and personnel management.
For her clients, Marianna coordinates the implementation of complex projects to improve staff performance in terms of customer experience and sales, engagement and corporate culture. This includes diagnosis and evaluation, design of development programs and training for specialists and management, development of organizational structures, processes and standards, support and motivation systems. All in order to make a Behavior Change - a very clear and specific change in staff behavior, which is guaranteed to bring the desired measurable result.
