Petra Chaloupková
Trainer, Coach, INSIGHTS Facilitator
Petra is a trainer and development consultant for clients at DEVELOR. She has experience from corporate environment, which she can use well in training and consulting. She enjoys working with individuals and groups, especially in facilitation skills development, career development and people management. She is also a promoter of mindfulness and helps people with stress management. Petra is certified in Insights Discovery typology and is a certified brain-based coach.
Petra has a great desire to get to know different personalities and motivate others to develop themselves. With her friendly energy, she manages to stimulate people's interest and a sense of security that leads to the involvement of each participant. Petra has a great sense of diversity and is happy to encourage it in her trainings.
The INSIGHTS personality typology serves her well as a tool to expand her own self-awareness. Petra believes that it is through self-awareness that a process of profound change can begin, leading to better results when communicating with others. She enjoys using her coaching experience and knowledge of basic corporate processes in the areas of talent management and corporate training, especially focusing on leaders and internal trainers.
