Conflicts don’t appear from nowhere — they ignite like flames: the fuel is the subject of disagreement, the oxygen is the underlying source of tension, and the spark is the triggering event. If left unattended, these flames can spread quickly, damaging trust, morale, and productivity.

Participants explore conflict mapping to understand the forces at play and identify clear paths to resolution. Then the course equips them with pragmatic, easy-to-follow resolution processes and tactics to address conflicts before they consume relationships.

The training unfolds in three immersive parts:

Duels: Don’t Destroy, Disarm! – Master one-to-one conflict resolution with precision and respect.

Battles: Play Strategy! – Navigate multi-party disagreements using structure and foresight.

Peace Talks: Build Alignment! – Facilitate alignment when leadership intervention is needed.

Learning happens through experiential practice in the fictional fine-dining setting of I Sette Cipressi restaurant, where participants step into realistic scenarios far removed from their everyday roles. This allows them to safely test and refine assertive strategies without falling back on old routines.
