Why is this essential?
Effective leadership starts with self-reflection. Leaders must regularly take time to evaluate their leadership approach and make intentional decisions about how to best guide their teams. This process includes assessing the competence and motivation levels of team members and adjusting leadership styles to maximize individual performance. Without this mindful effort, team members may not reach their full potential.
How does the training work?
Grounded in the science of experiential learning, this course takes a story-based approach. Participants are immersed in a unique fine-dining restaurant setting, where they can experiment with new leadership skills outside the limitations of their daily routines. This interactive experience provides the ideal opportunity to test and refine their approach, followed by reflection on how to apply these skills to real-world leadership situations—creating an engaging and memorable learning journey.
What will participants learn?
The course follows a logical structure, beginning with a focus on individual performance before moving on to task definition and leadership style development.
