    How long will it take?

The length of the AC is 1 day/group. The length of the process is 3-5 weeks, depending on participant number and complexity.

Finding the right people to the right position means a constantly growing challenge for today’s HR specialists. There is no extra budget or room for mistakes. A bad decision can have serious business consequences either if filling an empty position or finding talents or key employees. An Assessment Center (AC) is a standardized process that evaluates the level of certain competencies and behaviours in prearranged circumstances, in front of trained observers, for selection purposes.

On average one third of companies use Assessment Center (AC) as a method to select candidates. Assessment Center (AC) ensures a variety of activities to predict the performance of your candidates. It gives the opportunity to assess and differentiate between your applicants who seem quite similar according to their CVs.
