    This one-day immersive course brings together the essential principles of Living with a Growth Mindset and Leading with a Growth Mindset to help individuals and leaders alike develop themselves and foster a culture of continuous learning, resilience, and mastery.

    Your thoughts determine your results. A Fixed Mindset leads to stagnation, while a Growth Mindset, aligned with your vision, is the key to continuous progress. Intelligence and abilities are not fixed—they grow with effort, reflection, and the right mindset. This workshop helps participants expand their capacity to learn, overcome challenges, and drive lasting change.

    In the first part of the session, participants identify and shift their personal mindset, breaking free from limiting beliefs and journaling their growth journey to create an action plan for continuous development. The second part focuses on applying Growth Mindset principles in leadership, using experiential learning through the case of “I Sette Cipressi”, a restaurant that transformed itself by embracing the Growth Mindset. Leaders will practice externalizing their internal dialogue to guide their teams toward learning, adaptability, and mastery.
