This year’s DEVELOR DIRECT event was not only a professional highlight but also a true community celebration. Over 100 DEVELOR colleagues gathered both in person and online to learn, get inspired, and celebrate together. Over the past 25 years, countless shared memories have been made – and the 19th DIRECT event did not disappoint.
The spirit of collaboration made the event special. The organizing international team, the Georgian team’s co-hosting efforts, the facilitators, and the speakers all contributed to making the days spent together unforgettable, both professionally and personally.
Focus on innovation
Among the program highlights was the presentation of our AI strategy. DAISI, DEVELOR’s AI-based solution, represents a new level in sales and training. Participants brainstormed the possibilities for the future during the “AI as a service” workshop, and these ideas will soon be realized.
Many “Train the Trainer” sessions, a “Leadership Essentials” training, and a special program about our brand new game-based product, “Atlantis,” confirmed that DEVELOR is at the forefront of practical applicability and creativity. The Genial.ly platform, AI avatar videos, and the official launch of an exciting and fresh story-based training approach all contributed to the success of experience-based learning.
The power of community
The “DEVELOR Got Talent” competition and the gala dinner not only provided entertainment but also helped deepen human connections. The expansion of the network was a celebratory moment as well: the official introduction of DEVELOR Greece gave the event a special energy.
The challenges and opportunities of the future
During this four-day event, it became clear to everyone that, among the many great ideas, the most promising ones should be selected based on local strategies. Therefore, participants are now working to put what they have learned into practice and achieve real results.
