Suzana Skoko

Being a teacher was my childhood dream and in many ways, I’ve lived it throughout my career by helping others become the best versions of themselves.

I believe growth is essential for success, and those who commit to learning, evolving, and taking action are the ones who move forward.

Suzana is a senior executive with extensive experience in leadership, sales, and business development. She has lived and worked across Africa, Asia, and Europe, gaining a truly global perspective through her work in more than 20 countries.

She is recognized as an expert communicator and trusted consultant, known for her strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Today, she focuses on leveraging her experience to support the growth and development of individuals and organizations.

Beyond her executive career, Suzana is an Olympian, having competed in Barcelona 1992 and Atlanta 1996. She is also a former junior world record holder and a recipient of multiple European and World medals. This unique combination of elite sports discipline and executive leadership makes her a powerful partner for anyone committed to achieving growth and success.
