TITAN equips participants with practical tools to question assumptions, recognise cognitive biases, and explore different perspectives through constructive dialogue to make better-informed business decisions.
How to ensure a business vision does not turn into tragedy?
Training based on a real-life business case: OceanGate and its CEO Stockton Rush, where a series of bad decisions led to tragic consequences. During the training, participants will learn basic techniques that can be used when working with influx of information, conducting constructive dialogue, and making informed decisions in complex environments.
We engage them in the story via videos, real media reports, and practical exercises based on real characters and events. Participants analyze individual events from the perspective of the CEO, his employees, and independent observers. We try to approach the topic positively: what would have to be done differently for the story to be successful.
