Target group

Leaders at every level managing teams that use AI

How many people?

8 - 12

How long will it take?

1 day

AI is becoming part of everyday work, and leadership must evolve with it. The AI-Ready Leader helps managers use AI responsibly and effectively while keeping human judgment, accountability, and team ownership at the center.

The program focuses on practical leadership choices: what to delegate to AI, what should remain human-led, how to set clear team rules, and how to build an open and responsible AI culture. Participants also explore where AI performs well and where it can fail, and learn to use it as a thinking partner for strategy and decision-making.

The training is highly practical and adapted to the group’s context and AI maturity, supported by a short diagnostic survey before the training. Participants work with real examples from their own organizations and an interactive “Leader’s Dilemma” case study, applying key frameworks to realistic AI-related leadership situations.

Beyond AI skills, the program develops the mindset and behaviors needed to lead effectively in an AI-enabled workplace: sound judgment, transparency, responsible decision-making, and the ability to manage different reactions to AI – from resistance to overconfidence and hidden use.

By the end of the session, participants will

  • decide what to delegate to AI and what should remain human-led
  • set clear, responsible team rules for AI use and address different attitudes to AI
  • use AI as a thinking partner and leave with a practical 30/60/90-day action plan
