    How can we navigate today’s polarized world, overloaded with data, conflicting views, and misinformation? How do we create a roadmap in unfamiliar situations while making the best decisions?

    Teams increasingly face complex, unprecedented challenges where traditional ways of thinking may no longer suffice. Decision-making is no longer just the leader’s role—success depends on collective effort and stepping up as a “pop-up leader” when needed.

    This program helps participants embrace a new mindset, fostering collaboration, adaptability, and diverse perspectives to navigate uncertainty and solve complex problems effectively.

    During the program participants step into the role of explorers and embark on a journey to ancient Greece, guided by the metaphor of a labyrinth. Just like in a real labyrinth, they know where they start but not where the path will take them or when they will reach their destination. To navigate successfully, they must develop and apply new skills.

    Throughout the program, they delve into the timeless wisdom of ancient philosophers and explore its relevance in today’s business world. Engaging, creative tasks, innovative digital solutions—including AI—and blended learning elements ensure an unforgettable learning experience.

    By the end of the training, participants take home a “pop-up leader” toolbox, empowering them to tackle complex challenges in their professional lives.
