Martina has over 20 years of experience in training and development. Her professional consulting skills are primarily based on performance management systems and harnessing people's full potential, with a focus on maintaining high levels of engagement.
Martina has invaluable experience in the design and implementation of various management systems with a focus on leadership skills development. As a human capital consultant, she works with the Maturity Institute in the UK. She is a certified trainer for INSIGHTS Discovery programmes, which she considers an important tool in developing emotional intelligence.
Martina is also a certified facilitator for the Sociomapping Teams development tool and for the Kirkpatrick Business Partnership Model, which enables her to create complex development programs that measure impact on business outcomes. Learning and development have been a lifelong passion of hers.
