Norbert has 20+ years of experience in building and leading high performing teams and managing complex projects. After graduating as an English teacher, he worked as a middle and senior manager in marketing and communication in several multinational companies. He was responsible for licensing activities in the Central European region at Walt Disney, managed trade marketing activities for key partners at Adidas and became Head of Customer Communications and Product Development at BKK. He continued his career as Managing Director of Big Bus. Since the beginning of 2018, he has been passing on the diverse and colourful knowledge and experience he has accumulated over the years as a marketing and communications consultant and trainer. In her trainings, she values informal learning in a good atmosphere.
