Senior trainer

Mihály's credibility as a trainer and consultant is based on his experience as a manager-production manager and his 18 years of over 1000 days of trainer practice. He is patient, attentive to the members of his team and always moving towards the goal. In addition to his work experience, his technical, educational and business management background helps him to understand his clients' workplace situations and challenges and to be able to help them find the right solutions. His specialisation is the Master Production Manager training programme for direct production managers. He is an enthusiastic and skilled trainer and speaker with whom his participants have a long-lasting relationship.
