The company is behind projects such as The Witcher and Cyberpunk 2077. Marta will share about their experience with game-based programs in employee development programs.

Mr Bartek Wrzosek, Managing Director of DEVELOR Poland will be dedicated to exploring how building a game-based program is different from “standard” training and how the games, stories and gamification play an integral part in achieving tangible results of learning.
Martin Kunc, Managing Director of DEVELOR Czechia & Slovakia, will shed light on the way how his teams developed two top story-driven leadership development programs and what you can learn from their experience.
