How do you strengthen middle management and key people in a fast-growing organization?

This was the key challenge facing Hunland, a Hungarian-based, internationally recognized group of companies with Dutch ownership, operating in animal husbandry, live animal trade, meat and meat processing, and logistics.

As the company continued to grow in a demanding, constantly changing market environment, Hunland needed clearer leadership routines, stronger collaboration across management levels, and more confident leaders who could support both daily operations and long-term growth.
