This January, Bratislava became the epicenter of inspiration, learning, and collaboration as 70 Develor colleagues from around the globe came together for our annual international gathering. Over three exciting days, participants engaged in thought-provoking sessions, shared their best practices, and celebrated collective achievements – all while forging deeper personal and professional connections.
The event wasn’t just about expanding knowledge and refining skills; it was about reigniting passion and motivation. Knowing you belong to a global community is one thing, but experiencing it firsthand is an entirely different, energizing reality.
Welcoming new faces and honoring veterans
This year’s gathering was particularly special as we welcomed many first-time attendees alongside familiar “veteran” faces who have been essential in shaping Develor’s journey over the past two decades. The mix of fresh perspectives and seasoned insights created a dynamic environment that elevated every discussion and activity.
Learning, growing, and innovating together
A key highlight was the impressive number of Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions delivered by our talented colleagues. A heartfelt thank you goes out to those colleagues who were leading these sessions with expertise and enthusiasm, opening doors to new opportunities across various countries.
The debut of PEAK Award
This year’s Bridge event was also special for us because it was the first time we presented the Peak Awards. These awards are given to projects within the network that are special in some way: they are high-impact, innovative and set an example for teams in other countries to follow.
Looking ahead
These three days were more than just an event; they reminded us of what makes Develor extraordinary – our shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and collaboration. After all the information we gained and all the novelties we saw, we know we will have an exciting year again.
Events like these definitely energize us as a professional community and give us an extra push for the beginning of a new year.
