Every year, DEVELOR’s managing directors come together not only to align on strategy but to strengthen the human connections that make international collaboration truly work.
Due to external circumstances, this year’s MD Connect brought together a smaller group of managing directors, while maintaining the same strong spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.
This year, DEVELOR MD Connect 2026 took place in Istanbul, where leaders from across the network spent two intensive days reflecting, learning, and shaping the next phase of development together.
The focus of the event was clear: how to turn strategic priorities into everyday practice, from delivery quality to leadership development and cross-country collaboration.
A key topic was how managing directors can continuously grow in a fast-changing environment through feedback, shared learning, and conscious leadership development.
Collaboration was also a strong focus area – both in product development and in collective thinking – to ensure that DEVELOR can deliver consistent, high-quality solutions across markets.
The goal is to operate within an international framework, build on shared knowledge, and at the same time adapt solutions to local market needs.
The program also touched on innovation and future directions, including AI-supported solutions and new tools that help organizations turn learning into real impact.
