DEVELOR is opening in Lithuania, led by Mariam Dulskiené, who has spent the past several years developing DEVELOR in Georgia. For Mariam, this is also a personal step. Her strong connection to Lithuania made it a natural choice when she felt ready to build a business in a new market.

She brings a lesson from Georgia that will guide her work here too: excellent client relationships start with listening. Understanding what an organization needs, and earning its trust over time, will be just as important in Lithuania.

Together with her local team, Mariam will draw on DEVELOR’s international experience while getting to know Lithuanian clients and finding the right solutions for them.

Zsolt Pozvai, Global CEO of DEVELOR International, shares his thoughts on the launch:

“I am truly excited about the launch of DEVELOR Lithuania, because I see strong potential across the Baltic states and especially in Lithuania, where ambitious companies are increasingly investing in leadership, sales, and people development. For our future clients, this means local access to DEVELOR’s international experience, proven solutions, and the strength of a network that brings together expertise from many countries.

I also feel very lucky to have Mariam in the driving seat, as we can build with confidence on her many years of DEVELOR experience, and her track record so far gives us every reason to believe in the success ahead.”

Meet Mariam Dulskiené

We asked Mariam what brought her to Lithuania, what she has learned in Georgia, and what she hopes to build with her new team.

Having built your experience with DEVELOR in Georgia, what inspired you to expand into Lithuania?

Mariam Dulskiené: “After several years of developing DEVELOR in Georgia, I felt ready to take on a new challenge and apply what I had learned in another market. Lithuania especially interested me because it is a dynamic, internationally connected market where organizations are increasingly investing in leadership, human skills, and organizational development.

At the same time, this step is also personal. I have a strong connection with Lithuania, so building DEVELOR here feels like a natural continuation of my journey rather than simply entering another market. I see it as an opportunity to combine my experience from Georgia with DEVELOR’s international expertise and build something locally relevant together with my local team from the very beginning.”

What lessons from leading DEVELOR Georgia will you bring to Lithuania, and where do you expect to take a different approach?
Mariam Dulskiené: “One of the biggest lessons from Georgia is that sustainable growth comes from relationships and trust. I have learned not to approach clients simply with a catalogue of training programs. I know we have to understand what is happening inside their organization and then build a solution around the real business need, based on the methodology we use at DEVELOR. Our goal is to support the business in achieving tangible results and sustainable change, rather than focusing only on short-term outcomes. Long-term partnerships have been central to our success in Georgia, and I definitely want to bring that philosophy to Lithuania.

At the same time, I don’t expect to simply copy the Georgian model. Lithuania has its own business culture, expectations, and competitive landscape. My role is to listen first, learn the market, and work closely with my Lithuanian team and our clients. The DEVELOR philosophy and quality standards will remain the same, but how we 4communicate, position our solutions, and build relationships needs to feel genuinely local.”

How has being part of the DEVELOR network helped you prepare for this next chapter?

Mariam Dulskiené: “For me, one of the strongest advantages of DEVELOR is that you are never really building alone. Being part of an international network gives us access to DEVELOR’s know-how, experience, methodologies, products, and colleagues from different markets. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to learn from other DEVELOR countries, involve international trainers in client projects, and see how similar business challenges can be approached differently across cultures.

That gives me much more confidence as we enter Lithuania. We are building a new local presence, but we are not starting from zero. Behind us is the knowledge and experience of the wider DEVELOR network, including years of experience working with international companies that are also present in the Lithuanian market. At the same time, we have the freedom to adapt that expertise to what Lithuanian organizations actually need.”

DEVELOR is constantly evolving. How do network-wide innovations and international partnerships help you stay ahead of market needs?

Mariam Dulskiené: “What excites me most about our network is that innovation is happening constantly. We don’t just rely on traditional methods. We leverage valuable international partner collaborations that enrich our toolkit, ranging from individual and team diagnostics to useful training support solutions and advanced AI simulation platforms.

Our cross-border, international product development initiatives ensure that we continuously deliver up-to-date learning solutions that address real, evolving business challenges. For instance, we continually introduce new game-based and case-study-driven learning solutions, as well as state-of-the-art AI-focused training programs. On top of that, we are soon launching two comprehensive sales training programs designed to deliver lasting, transformational results for clients across both B2B and B2C sectors. Having direct access to these network innovations means we can offer truly world-class, future-ready solutions to companies in Lithuania from day one.”

What impact would you like DEVELOR Lithuania to have on local clients and the wider DEVELOR community?

Mariam Dulskiené: “For local clients, I would like DEVELOR Lithuania to become a trusted development partner rather than simply another training provider. Together with my team, I want to build a company where clients can come to us with real organizational challenges and know that we will take the time to understand them, challenge their thinking when necessary, and create solutions that lead to visible and sustainable change.

For the wider DEVELOR community, I would also like Lithuania to become an active and contributing member of the network. I don’t want knowledge to flow only from the network to Lithuania. Over time, I want the experience, ideas, client cases, and talent we develop in Lithuania to contribute back to other DEVELOR countries as well. For me, success would mean building a strong local business that is simultaneously very Lithuanian and very much part of one international DEVELOR community.”
