Mariam has over 10 years of experience in learning and development, business growth, sales, and organizational development. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations across a variety of industries, including banking, insurance, retail, and hospitality, helping leaders and teams strengthen their capabilities and achieve sustainable business results. Her experience combines learning and development with business leadership, coaching, and commercial expertise.
Today, Mariam serves as Managing Director of DEVELOR Georgia and Managing Director & Partner of DEVELOR Lithuania, combining the leadership and development of two markets with hands-on work in training, consulting, and business development. In Lithuania, she is responsible for establishing and growing DEVELOR’s local presence, developing strategic partnerships, building client relationships, and bringing DEVELOR’s international expertise and solutions to the Lithuanian market.
Her background in commercial management, sales, marketing, and project management enables her to approach organizational development from both a people and a business perspective. Her professional experience includes developing business and sales strategies, managing projects and budgets, working with international partners, and leading international initiatives.
Her key areas of expertise include leadership and management development, sales development, customer experience, communication, team effectiveness, coaching, and organizational development. She is particularly passionate about designing tailored learning journeys that address real business challenges and connect individual and team development with tangible organizational outcomes.
As a Coach and NLP Practitioner trained by Erickson Coaching International, Mariam integrates coaching principles and a strong understanding of human behaviour into her work with leaders and teams. She is currently studying Gestalt Therapy at the Tbilisi International Institute of Gestalt Therapy as part of a five-year professional program, further deepening her understanding of human behaviour, relationships, personal development, and the psychological dynamics that influence individuals and teams. Her professional background also includes formal education in coaching and NLP.
Her approach combines business pragmatism, an international perspective, strong interpersonal awareness, and a genuine passion for helping people and organizations grow, adapt, and succeed in changing environments.
