DEVELOR’s managing directors from nine countries gathered last week in Greece’s picturesque setting for a milestone strategic workshop focused on shaping the company’s direction for 2025–2030.
Hosted by DEVELOR Greece, the event was a powerful blend of strategic planning, leadership alignment, and meaningful collaboration.
The multi-day session was designed to go beyond PowerPoint presentations and business models. It created space for open dialogue, reflection, and connection. Our leaders explored how navigating business challenges requires vision, flexibility, and trust.
The workshop emphasized the power of collective thinking, with each country bringing valuable local insights to help co-create a truly international roadmap. The outcome is not just a strategy but a shared ambition backed by mutual understanding, strong relationships, and cultural alignment.
