I believe deeply in the enormous potential and resources that lie within each of us. Finding the strength to want and to take action is an important first step. However, in order to reach our destination safely, in addition to effort, we need to have the right tools in our hands to help us discover our own uniqueness.
Andrea has over twenty years of experience working with people operating in a variety of ecosystems. This unique combination gives Andrea's trainings an essence of authenticity and personal interest in the participant.
Her many years of management experience and involvement in the human rights field naturally lead her to the areas of leadership skills development, assertiveness training, conflict and stress management, communication skills development as well as teamwork.
