Christos Rethymiotakis

Christos Rethymiotakis has over 13 years of experience in people development, leadership, and commercial development, having worked for major multinational organizations in the FMCG and retail sectors in Greece and across Europe. He holds a degree in Economics, as well as postgraduate degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Finance. He has further enhanced his professional expertise through specialized certifications, including Retail Instructor certification from the German-Hellenic Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Throughout his career, Christos has led teams of more than 100 people, systematically strengthening leadership and sales capabilities, improving performance, and fostering a culture of engagement and accountability. He has trained and supported the development of more than 340 professionals across Greece, Germany, Portugal, Poland, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic, designing and delivering programs in leadership, sales, customer experience, and operational excellence.

He has also contributed to the development of international e-learning programs and training materials for Lidl Group, while at PepsiCo Greece, he played a key role in culture management and organizational change initiatives between 2023 and 2025.

With a practical approach and a deep understanding of real-world business challenges, Christos combines strategic thinking with experiential learning, helping organizations and professionals grow, adapt, and achieve sustainable results through their people.
