Jaro is a trainer who brings a vast personal experience in the financial and FMCG sector. In addition to his experience, he motivates with a distinctive style of humour that brings lightness to even the most challenging topics.
Jaro has been working for DEVELOR as a consultant and trainer since 2013, before that he worked on selected projects in 2007-2008. He is one of those coaches who maximally fulfills the concept of the so-called second generation coaches who have proven in practice that they can be successful. In his position as Sales Director at Opavia, he gained experience in developing business strategy and leading teams.
In the banking sector, as a manager, he learned how to estimate the level of risk, to be able to take it and at the same time to ensure that the team follows him. He focuses on the development of sales skills, management and leadership skills, where as a manager from the financial sector he is able to link theory and practice in an effective way.
