Javid’s background blends leadership in consulting and education-sector development with international project experience. He has driven growth initiatives, built partnerships, and supported the development of new offerings—while improving internal processes, efficiency, and service standards. Earlier in his career, he managed multi-stakeholder programs and proposal work for international organizations, strengthening his capabilities in structured implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
He holds an MA in Education & Human Development from The George Washington University and studied at the Azerbaijan State Economic University.
