    Head of Learning Experience

    Starting to learn something new is probably not too difficult for many of us. Completing what we started, however, is much more so. I believe that a learning process doesn’t have to be a struggle any more. With carefully chosen methods we can make learning a real, engaging experience.

    Réka has been strengthening DEVELOR’s team for over 15 years. With her amiable personality, conscientious and thorough work and high level of professional quality she helps her Clients in the achievement of the desired goals. Besides the numerous successful consulting projects, she can also rely on her many years of courseware design and sales experience in her work.

    As Head of Learning Experience her mission is to support the improvement of participant experience in DEVELOR‘S training courses and deepen the portfolio with novel, gamified solutions, bite-sized and blended learning methods.

    To her special fields of expertise belong the Learning Journey Design (development program planning with special focus on blended learning), individual- and team diagnostic tools such as Team Sociomapping, 360° Feedback, Assessment and Development Centres, Competency- and attitude tests. She is also a certified CAPTain expert.
