Veronika Paikrt

Veronika has spent the past ten years developing people, teams, and workplace cultures. As a Learning & Development Consultant at DEVELOR, she helps Czech companies design effective learning ecosystems and implement development solutions that create lasting behavioural change. Beyond her consulting role, she also contributes to DEVELOR’s HR and marketing activities, allowing her to combine people development, internal processes, and brand communication into a unified approach.

Before joining DEVELOR, Veronika worked as a Development Growth Business Partner in an international media agency Dentsu, where she managed key stages of the employee lifecycle and supported leaders in building a culture of learning and performance. She also gained extensive experience in coordinating and delivering training programs for freelancers and organisations.

In 2025, she completed a somatic coaching training program, enriching her expertise with embodied practices that deepen awareness, resilience, and personal transformation. This holistic perspective helps her guide individuals and teams toward sustainable growth and meaningful change.
