Zsolt has been leading the Develor international network as global CEO since 2011, with a focus on supporting and supervising 16 Develor companies and expanding the network.
In addition to his management work, he is also the sponsor of several large-scale international development projects, actively involved in project preparation and in strategic account management.
His specialties are in strategic consultancy and top management development, and motivational speeches. Zsolt’s authenticity as senior trainer and consultant is built on his national and international managerial career, and on a more than 20 years of training experience.
He has a strong personality and is an impressive speaker. He pays attention to each member of his training group yet never loses sight of the set objectives, be that a mentoring program or a consulting process.
His qualifications in economy and law help him in understanding the customer’s market position and challenges, and enable him to find the suitable solution.
